I have been a customer of Rohrich's for about 20 years and have purchased or leased 6new Cadillac's during those years. My experience with regard to both the sales and service have always met or exceeded my expectations. I credit this to the employee team at Rorhich who are always friendly, knowledable, and concerned with satisfying their most important customer, namely me! In the past I have recommended Cadillac and Rohrich to close relatives who also purchased a Cadillac there and will continue to do so as long as their service excellence remains in tact.

Ken was extremely helpful in the purchase of my CTS. I was moving from out of state and he helped find a car equipped to my specifications and handled everything for me via phone or email. Car was ready when I arrived in Pittsburgh - very painless from my perspective. In addition, he has followed up a couple of times since the purchase of the car, checking to make sure I didn't have any questions or needed anything. Overall, a great and painless experience!
