Rohrich's
service rep, Gill Porr, was very kind & helpful in taking care of my
oil change service appt. (just as he was in taking care of my service
appt, including my PA state inspection). I was VERY late, due to
unexpected circumstances, and he still squeezed me in to help me anyway.
I was EXTREMELY grateful for Gill's attitude in wanting to do what it
took to help me, & to not have to turn away Rohrich's
business/customer. I am EXTREMELY appreciative for doing business with
Rohrich & will continue to be your LOYAL (& on-time) customer.
